Abstract
An exploratory study was conducting in a private hospital in Kuwait to examine whether or not there is avariation in the degree of influence of individual and situational factors affecting one’s ethical beliefs and decisionmaking among certain demographics key variables. The study included one hundred and eighty one subjects, andtook place between the months of May and July of 2008. The results of this study indicate that the degree ofinfluence varies among certain demographics key variables including gender, age, education level completed, and job type. Based on the results, implications and recommendations for further research were made
